  • ENROLLMENT: Students who are coming to Highland for the first time or were transferred out and are now returning to Highland, need to be added to the district PowerSchool system: enrolled. Enrollment creates their PowerSchool profile which is needed to populate an online registration pin and allows counselors to add courses and create a schedule for the student.

COURSE SELECTION: In the spring, Highland students (and 8th grade students from Hillside Middle), will choose which classes they wish to take the next school year. The term 'Registering for Classes' has been used, but this process does not register your student for school.

REGISTRATION: All students must complete registration in the fall, before each school year. Our registration process for returning students helps review important contact information, in addition to reviewing district and school policies and procedures.
